
I’ve learned that “never go to bed angry” was clearly invented by a masochist. Every time I try to work through a problem at 10 p.m., I somehow become 40% more emotional, 60% less rational, and 100% convinced the issue is a catastrophe. Then I wake up, look at the same situation in the morning, and realize my exhausted brain was drafting a dramatic screenplay instead of solving a problem. Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is go to bed angry and let your well-rested self take over the next shift. :)
